Quinton's Statement

PROCEED WITH CAUTION: Quinton has given an extremely detailed statement of exactly what happened that night. I believed him before I saw this statement, and after reading it, I am only more certain that he is innocent.I don't ask that you take my word for it, I simply ask that you read this statement, and make a decision after you know the full story. -Dana Rohr

STATEMENT TO GUAM POLICE DEPARTMENT (OCTOBER 18, 2015)

"I went out with a bunch of guys. One of the guys wife and her friend came along...another girl. Me and the girl slept in the same bed, but never had sex. The next morning she was supposed to go home to her wife (she's a lesbian) and never did. She got home and her wife was extremely mad so the girl claimed I raped her. I got arrested. Went to jail for a month. I was on house arrest on the ship for 11 months and couldn't  ever leave except once a week when I checked into probation. I have to be escorted to and from probation and they took my passport. I'm on the no fly list. I'm allowed off now...but I need a babysitter with me at all times. No matter where I go and what I do I need an escort with me.

The rape kit came back negative. Her story's are different. There was six of us in the room the entire night. And they are taking me to trial. I'm facing 20 to life for something that never even happened. I had to spend $15,000.00 on a lawyer because the Navy won't help me out...but the Navy's helping the girl. They provided her with a free lawyer. So right now I'm going up against Guam and the Navy.

The night started off at William and Bereniz Duncan's house. McKenzie (victim), was there already when I got there. There were a total of 8 of us there. We all took 3 cars and drove to Tumon to the Bayview Hotel where someone bought a room for us. We went to Cowboy Ninja by taxi and we ate, drank and danced a little. McKenzie danced on me and I walked away from her and sat at the table. Two of the people left our group so then there were only 6 of us.

Then, at midnight we walked to Green Lizard and we all drank there. Some people were dancing. McKenzie asked me to go swimming with her so I grabbed another guy to go with us. We went swimming until about 1:30am when they started closing down.

We walked to McDonald's where apparently McKenzie threw up.  Everybody got food to go and we walked back to the hotel.

Probably got to the hotel around 2:30 or 3:00am. Me and William were wrestling around until McKenzie came out of the bathroom from changing and apparently throwing up again. She jumped into the bed to wrestle with me.

After that two girls from the green lizard came by to hangout for a little but they probably left around 4:00am and everybody lied down except for me and another guy.

We talked out on the balcony for awhile. Around 5am we went to bed. He got into the bed with another guy and I got into bed with McKenzie. She woke up when I got into bed. I put my arm around her waist and planned on going to sleep but she started rubbing my hand and getting closer to me.

I then put my hand under her shirt on her stomach and she kept rubbing my hand and eventually moved it up to her breasts. After that she guided my hand down to her pants and I rubbed her crotch on the outside of her pants.

She reached around and grabbed my penis. Rubbed it for a couple seconds and took my hand and put it in her pants. I started to rub her clit and move my fingers through the lips of her vagina. She pulled her pants down and I pulled mine down.

I asked her if she wanted to have sex and she said no so I stopped everything right then and there. Pulled mine up and rolled over to go to sleep. Woke up the next day from William Duncan calling me saying McKenzie's wife called the police because I raped McKenzie.

So I just waited for the cops to show up because I know I didn't do it and I wanted to get the story straightened out. They ended up arresting me and taking me to jail after I did my statement. Which is pretty much exactly what I told you just now."

  1. Not all women are the victims. I guess some women take advantage of the fact that , the man involved in the incident will always be looked at as guilty , even though your the victim.

  3. Damn bro... this sucks.
I know I'm not the first to think of this but, what about the other peeps in the room? Can they vouch for you? Wouldn't they be considered as witnesses?
Fckn sucks that the system is so biased against men.
I wonder how many other men have been the victims of false accusations?

  5. I hate our double standard system. Why is it a woman whose been drinking can call rape on a man but a man cant turn around and say hey I was unable to make a " conscious decision" because alcohol was involved?? Besides based on all the stories I've heard about what happen is complete bullshit. Don't worry man the system may not be behind you but we the people are. And if anything why didn't the wife come pick her up or why didn't she make contact with the wife prior to going to the hotel?? Or why didnt the wife come get her knowing she was gonna get shit faced?? Anyone bother to question her motives that night?? I mean who knows maybe the girl was planning on cheating on the wife and didn't want to get caught so fabricated this story and now this poor man's career and life is over. Just saying the girl should take some responsibility for her own actions and realise you can't blame others for her piss poor planning. Not his or anyone's fault she decided to be stupid, get drunk, and get herself caught up in shit she shouldn't of ever done.
